Attorneys Kristin Thomas and Joseph Gillis have joined Rome Clifford Katz & Koerner to work with the firm’s Partners in the thriving practice areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Workers’ Compensation, and Litigation.
“Our injury practice is growing rapidly and having Kristin and Joe come on board adds depth to our highly experienced Personal Injury team,” said Partner Alan Rome, who earlier this year secured a $3.389 million settlement in a Workers’ Compensation case for a client seriously injured in a work related accident.

Attorney Serrantino primarily represents those who have been seriously injured in auto accidents or work-related accidents throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Attorney Thomas, a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, focuses her practice on litigation including Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Medical Malpractice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut courts. She is also admitted to practice in U.S. District Court in both Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Attorney Gillis, a graduate of Boston College Law School, joined RCKK Law in September as a law clerk. He was sworn in to the Connecticut Bar Nov. 8 at the State Capitol.
He was drawn to the law by family tradition – his father is a Partner with Gillis Law Firm in New Haven – and out of a desire to work with people one-on-one and help them with their legal problems.
