Skilled CT casino workers comp attorney

ct-casino-workers-comp-attorney-rome-clifford-katz-koernerConnecticut worker’s compensation law does not apply to casino employees. Casino employees are covered by a separate tribal Workers’ Compensation Code.

State law provides slightly better benefits than the tribal code. Connecticut’s workers’ compensation law applies to employees of non-tribal enterprises working on the reservation, such as construction contractors, and to most tribal enterprises located off the reservation.

If while working on tribal land you’ve suffered an accident or injury, contact attorney Rome for a consultation.
